HAN RIVER PORT REGULATIONS

1. OPERATING HOURS:

From 07:30 AM to 11:00 PM (including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

1. FOR PASSENGERS:
2. Comply with the instructions of Port Authority.
3. Maintain public hygiene, do not litter, do not cause disorder, all forms of gambling are prohibited in the port area.
4. Do not bring inflammable substances and explosives into the port.
5. Park in the desingated area and take care of personal belongings.
6. Passengers with children must monitor and supervise their children to ensure safety.

III. FOR TRANSPORT BUSINESSES

(Business owners, crewmen, drivers, and employees of transport businesses)

1. Strictly abide by the inland waterway traffic laws and related legal regulations.
2. Crewmen, drivers, and related organizations and individuals operating in the port area must comply with the port’s rules and regulations on natural disaster prevention and control, fire prevention and fighting, and the instructions of Port Authority in case of emergency.
3. Crewmen and staff working on vessels in the port area are prohibited from abusing alcohol, beer, and other drugs during operating hours.
4. Responsible for supervising and directing passengers, and enforcing the port’s regulations for passengers.
5. Be courteous, civilized, and polite to passengers and officials on duty.
6. Not allowed: to destroy property at the Port or arbitrarily change or repair equipment and infrastructure of the Port; to fight or cause insecurity and order in the port area; arbitrarily allow vehicles to leave the port; to solicit or obstruct passengers.
7. Wear name tags and proper uniforms.
8. List registered ticket and service prices at ticket counters and on vehicles.
9. Anchor vehicles at designated locations, arrange guards on duty at vehicles 24/7.
10. Moor vehicles according to regulations. Do not moor onto the anti-collision system and other locations other than the anchorage.
11. Comply with regulations for passengers (Section II).
12. Strictly abide by the commitments with Port Authority.

Passengers, transport businesses, and related individuals are requested to strictly abide by these regulations. Violations will be handled according to regulations.
